PEERSolvers at the European Developmental Psychology Conference in Finland

Three papers from the PEERSolvers project will be presented at the European Conference on Developmental Psychology (ECDP), which is organized by the INVEST Research Flagship and the University of Turku in cooperation with the European Association of Developmental Psychologists (EADP) in the city of Turku, Finland.

All three papers are in the section Problem-solving and cognitive understanding, which will be chaired by a member of our research team, Assoc. Ivana Stepanović Ilić, PhD, which will be held on 31 August 2023 at 2 p.m.

Within that section, Ivana will also present a paper entitled What differentiates productive from unproductive adolescent groups engaged in collaborative problem-solving: A Qualitative Systematic Review, in which the results of a qualitative overview study on the key features that distinguish productive and unproductive adolescent cooperation in collaborative problem-solving are presented.

Prof. Ksenija Krstić, PhD, will present the paper To use or not to use: role of digital resources in adolescents’ collaborative problem solving – a literature review, which is also the result of a qualitative review study, referring to the way in which adolescents use digital resources as aids during joint solving problems.

Tijana Nikitović will present a paper entitled Collaborative Problem-Solving in the Educational Context: The Role of Emotional Intelligence, based on a qualitative review study that deals with the role of emotional intelligence during collaborative problem solving.

We will provide more details about the conference in September, after the members of our research team have arrived from Finland back to Belgrade.
